The location was acceptable for accessing nearby attractions
The sofa bed was terrible my children did not like it. When opened, a metal arm stuck out, waiting to catch your leg. The breakfast choices were nice however the waffle maker created chaos plus there were not enough tables at busy times

the location was excellent, near the waterfront bars and restaurants. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, i slept very well (the most important thing for me!). breakfast offered a wide selection, and the staff were friendly.
the basement parking had narrow spaces, made maneuvering a bit difficult.

The queen room was quiet and clean with comfortable beds. This made it a great spot to relax after a day out, it also included complimentary tea and coffee.

The breakfast buffet included bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, and waffles. I also saw a good selection of cheeses and cold meats as well as fresh fruit and pastries (the waffles were my favorite!).

The reception staff provided excellent service, they were friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out. They offered clear directions to nearby attractions and helped with taxi bookings, very useful indeed.

The location offered convenient access to albert dock and the city center shops. Many restaurants and bars were within a short walk of the hotel.

The staff was wonderful with my little girl. Breakfast had lots of choices, which i appreciate. The staff were friendly and were pretty good, nothing was EVER too much for them. They were always smiling.
The air con WASN'T working. I couldn't sleep with the window open because it was so noisy from the pub underneath. Communal male toilets were really dirty in the afternoon and the lock was broken.
